Delete Account — Aleefna

Aleefna gives pet parents a clear path to request account deletion and remove personal account data.

Delete from the app

Users can delete their Aleefna account from the mobile app:

  1. Open the Aleefna mobile app.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Request help

Users can contact support@aleefna.cloud for deletion requests if they cannot access the app.

What may be deleted

Account data may be deleted according to the Privacy Policy. Some records may be retained if legally required or needed for safety, security, moderation, fraud-prevention, or operational purposes.
